How We Make & Ship Your Order
Every Humble Equations product is made to order — printed and fulfilled only when you place your order. We work with a carefully selected network of production partners, chosen to keep your order's journey as short as possible. Better for the planet, and fresher for you.
Delivery Times
Orders are typically produced within 2–4 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times vary by location:
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 10–24 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. We'll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you receive. Because every item is made to order especially for you, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll always make it right.
How to Request a Return
Email us at phil@humbleequations.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
